Handcrafted to order — dispatches within 1–4 business days. A tracking confirmation is sent by email once your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and method. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for carrier or customs delays, but we will gladly assist with tracking and investigations.

International buyers may be liable for customs duties or import taxes, which are not included in the price and remain the customer’s responsibility.

As pieces are made to order, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and unaltered.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Approved refunds cover the item price only (not delivery) and are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Only defective or damaged-on-arrival items qualify for replacement. Please report within 48 hours of delivery with photos at info@eldendesigns.com for return-shipping instructions.
