As each piece is made to order, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery — unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s, and approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Choose UK or EU at checkout — it defaults to your region. Every lamp runs on 220–240V AC with a 2-metre cord.
No — the lamp is supplied without a bulb, so you can choose your own. Any standard LED in the fitting listed above will work.
